Attendance & check-in

Each team representative must attend the opening and group photo (10:00-10:20 KST); all team members are welcome. Presenting teams must join at least 15 minutes before their scheduled presentation.

14 minutes per team

8 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for judge-led Q&A, and 2 minutes for transition and scoring. Exceeding the 8-minute presentation limit may result in scoring deductions.

Presentation materials

16:9 slide decks (PowerPoint, Keynote or PDF) are strongly recommended. Presenting with an abstract document is permitted; prepare separate, enlarged charts, diagrams and figures for readability.

Cameras & microphones

Keep microphones and video off while waiting for your turn. Turn cameras on for the group photo at 10:15-10:20 KST. Observing the other presentations is encouraged.
